Congrats to Julie, Melissa, Todd, Amy, Dave, and Mark at the Las Vegas Tri. A little on the warm side….but a great race day for all.
Congratulations to Julie for competing in her second Iron distance event this year. She Completed Ironman World Championship in Hawaii this Saturday. We are all very proud of you for finishing.

1.) Standard Warm Up (250 yrd Swim, 250 yrd Kick, 250 yrd Pull & 250 yrd Drill)
2.) 12 x 50 decend 1-4 (1:00 Pace per 50 yrds for fast swimmers 1:15 for slower swimmers)
3.) 600 choice Kick no fins (keep repeating for the whole 600 {25 kick fast then 25 kick easy} on 12:00 Pace )
4.) 6 x (75 fast, 75 easy, 50 fast, 50 easy, 25 fast and 25 easy) the intervals are (75’s on 1:30, 50’s on 1:00 and the 25’s on 30 sec) odds sets are free and even sets are stroke
8.) Warmdown
Total yards including warm up is 4000 yrds

. Please meet at Boulder Beach and be ready to get into the water no later than 7:00 am. (Water temps reportedly in low 70s). Come on out and have some fun!
